Refund policy

1) 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer you a 30-day return policy.

  • You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, even if you simply change your mind.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

2) Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure; and

  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3) How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
